Operational Efficiency and the 'Hobie' Framework

To deliver production-grade software rather than mere proofs-of-concept, the startup utilizes an in-house framework called "Hobie." This framework packages reusable AI "skills" specifically tailored for regulated industries and complex enterprise environments. This approach allows Hang Ten to achieve significant operational efficiency, often replacing teams of 30 with small groups of two to four engineers. The company claims this model delivers a 10-fold improvement in either cost, speed, or a combination of both, while leaving final quality certification to the customer or independent third parties.

Market Positioning and Growth

Despite entering a crowded market populated by major model providers and traditional systems integrators, Hang Ten differentiates itself by remaining platform-independent. The startup positions itself as a trusted partner that works solely in the enterprise's interest, avoiding the "legacy burden" that traditional service providers face. The company has already secured multiple seven-figure contracts and is actively pursuing eight-figure deals with global enterprises including Siemens Energy and Saudi Aramco. The startup's rapid growth—having raised $85 million in just four months—reflects strong market demand for specialized AI implementation partners that can execute mission-critical projects at speed.
